Additional duties include support returns and exchanges in a timely manner, handle orders, shipments, and basic inventory checks, coordinate with other departments when needed, assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery, help organize and maintain a tidy workspace, as well as work with supervisors to meet daily goals, manage simple records and enter information accurately, follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time, respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person.
