We're Hiring an Electrical Foreman
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead commercial electrical crews on active construction projects in the Orlando area.
This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage electricians, coordinate daily work activities, maintain safety standards, and keep projects moving efficiently while delivering quality workmanship.
ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead commercial electrical crewsRead and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specificationsPlan daily work activities and coordinate manpowerInstall, oversee, and inspect electrical systems and componentsEnsure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standardsCoordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other tradesTrain and mentor apprentice and mechanic-level electriciansEnforce OSHA and company safety standardsTroubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions in the field Additional Responsibilities:Lead and supervise crews of up to 10 electriciansAssign daily tasks and monitor productivityCoordinate manpower, materials, and equipment requirementsEnsure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project schedulesTrain, mentor, and develop apprentice and mechanic-level electriciansConduct daily safety meetings and jobsite briefingsServe as the primary point of contact between the field crew and project managementQualifications:Previous experience leading crews of up to 10 electriciansProven ability to manage manpower, production schedules, and project deadlinesStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
