We’re looking for hardworking, reliable Residential Framers to join our growing construction team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in building from the ground up, and want consistent full-time work—this is the opportunity for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Frame new residential structures from the ground upInstall floor systems, wall panels, roof systems, and trussesRead and follow blueprints and construction plansMeasure, cut, and assemble materials with accuracySet and brace roof trusses safely and correctlyKeep jobsites clean, organized, and safeWork alongside a team to stay on schedule and deliver quality work
What We’re Looking For
✅ Framing or carpentry experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate)
✅ Experience installing roof trusses is a plus
✅ Ability to read a tape measure and basic plans
✅ Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
✅ Able to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights
✅ Reliable transportation & consistent attendance
✅ Strong work ethic and team mentality
Tools & Gear Required
You must bring your own basic hand tools, including:
Framing hammer, tape measure, speed squareChalk line, utility knife, tool beltPry bar/cat’s paw, levels, framing squareCarpenter pencils, wrench, tin snips, handsawPPE required: Hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, work boots
Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required)
Experience using:
Circular sawSawzall (reciprocating saw)Drill/impact driverNail guns & air compressors
