    HVAC Repair Technician – St. Pete, FL

    We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and/or commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently while ensuring all work meets safety and industry standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment and systems.Perform routine maintenance and system inspections.Install replacement parts and recommend system improvements when needed.Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and maintenance.Maintain accurate service records and follow all safety procedures.

    Qualifications:

    A minimum of 4 years of experience in HVAC repair and maintenance.EPA Certification preferredValid driver's license with a clean driving record.Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

    We are seeking (3) Commercial Plumbers for a long-term renovation project; up to 3yrs worth of work! Candidates should have 4-5 or more years of experience installing plumbing systems, reading blueprints, and working safely and efficiently in a construction environment.

    **$75 Per Diem available, ask for requirements**

    Responsibilities

    Install water, waste, vent, and storm drainage systems.Read and interpret blueprints and plumbing drawings.Install PCV Copper, piping, fixtures, equipment, and plumbing components.Perform underground and above-ground rough-ins.Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards.Coordinate with supervisors and other trades on-site.

    Requirements

    4-5 years of commercial plumbing experience.Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.ProPress, solder copper, brazing copper,Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Ideal candidates must have 4-5+ years of experience installing HVAC duct systems and related sheet metal components on new commercial construction and renovation projects.

    Responsibilities

    Install commercial HVAC ductwork, including rectangular, spiral, and square duct systemsRead and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and mechanical plansInstall VAV boxes, dampers, hangers, supports, and related HVAC componentsSeal and insulate ductwork as requiredFollow project specifications, building codes, and safety requirementsWork safely from ladders, lifts, and scaffolding

    Qualifications

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil site development projects, including grading, earthwork, paving, and underground utility systemsPerform accurate quantity takeoffs from plans, specifications, and bid documentsReview project drawings and specifications to identify scope requirements and potential risksSolicit, analyze, and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotationsDevelop scopes of work, budgets, and bid packages for subcontractors and vendorsAnalyze site conditions, constructability concerns, and project risks to ensure complete and competitive bidsCoordinate with project managers and operations teams during project turnover and handoffMaintain estimating databases, historical cost information, and current market pricingTrack bid outcomes and identify opportunities to improve estimating accuracy and competitivenessMaintain current knowledge of labor rates, material pricing, equipment costs, and market trendsAttend pre-bid meetings and site visits as required

    Qualifications
