We are seeking skilled Structural Welders and Fitters to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling structural components with precision and adherence to safety standards. This role requires a strong understanding of welding techniques, blueprint reading, and mechanical systems to ensure high-quality construction projects.
Duties
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructionsWelding structural components using the Flux-Core processRead and work from detailed blueprints, and perform 3G, and 4G welds in all positions including overhead and vertical, in high-pressure, demanding environmentUse calipers, basic math skills, and measuring tools to ensure precise fit-up of partsConduct machining tasks as needed for component fabrication or modificationMaintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and proper equipment handlingCollaborate with team members on complex projects requiring mechanical knowledge and schematics interpretationQualifications

Experience welding carbon pipe 6010/7018 Perform pipe welding on commercial construction projectsLayout, cut, assemble, and weld piping systems according to project specifications and drawingsPerform stick welding, MIG welding, and related welding processes as requiredVerify proper fit-up, alignment, and weld integrity throughout the installation processRead and interpret blueprints, piping drawings, isometric drawings, and project specificationsInstall and fabricate piping systems while maintaining quality and safety standardsCollaborate with project managers, foremen, and field crews to ensure successful project executionMaintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized conditionFollow all company safety procedures and jobsite requirementsAssist with project completion while maintaining productivity and craftsmanship standardsQualifications

Machine Operators will be responsible for operating cutting machinery, utilizing technical drawings, and ensuring precision in materials handling and cutting processes. Previous burn table, beam line or CNC machine operating experience preferred.
Responsibilities
• Set up and operate CNC plasma, laser, or torch burn table equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Measure, mark, and cut steel and other metals to precise specifications.
• Fabricate, fit, grind, and prepare metal components for welding and assembly.
• Use hand tools, power tools, grinders, saws, and other fabrication equipment.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts safely.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to strict OSHA regulations and company safety procedures, including wearing PPE (safety boots, safety gloves)
Requirements and Qualifications
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience operating burn table, beam line or CNC machine
• Physical Strength: Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and carry objects weighing 50–100 lbs.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers), previous experience a plus.
Work Schedule: 1st shift Monday - Thursday (6:00am - 4:30pm) with Overtime as needed on Fridays and Saturdays at times.

Requirements for pipe fitters -

Job Responsibilities
Install overhead cranes, crane runways, and related structural components.
Read and interpret blueprints and installation drawings.
Safely operate manlifts and other aerial access equipment.
Work at elevated heights while following all OSHA and site safety requirements.
Assist with rigging, positioning, and securing heavy materials.
Perform general mechanical assembly and installation work.
Travel extensively to customer job sites
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
Requirements
Previous experience installing overhead cranes, crane runways, structural steel, or similar industrial equipment preferred.
Must be comfortable working at heights. This is a requirement of the job.
Experience operating manlifts is required.
Ability to travel
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.

Job Duties
• Commercial plumbing and piping installation on large scale commercial projects
• Install hangers and supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation for water, gas, compressed air, medical gas, or other liquids.
• Interpret blueprints and building specifications required for each job site.
• Use of copper pipe
Requirements
• 5 + years of commercial plumbing or pipefitting experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
• Possess hand tools and trade-specific tools
• Ability to direct the work of an apprentice or helper
• Able to work from ladders and man lifts from various heights and operate the equipment as needed
