In this essential role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Operating Room by ensuring accurate stocking, restocking, and inventory management of surgical supplies. Youll play a vital part in maintaining a seamless workflow that supports patient care and surgical team efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Maintain par levels and restock surgical supply inventory throughout the Operating Room (OR) Monitor daily usage trends and adjust supply orders accordingly Conduct ordering and inventory replenishment using PeopleSoft Assist in tracking and locating products as needed Collaborate with OR staff to ensure appropriate supplies are available for caseloads Perform physical tasks including moving and lifting boxes (2030 lbs) Unpack and stock supply deliveries especially during first 12 hours of each morning Maintain cleanliness and organization of OR supply areas Communicate supply needs and updates effectively with OR staff and supply chain team Spend extended periods on your feet throughout the shift Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Prior experience in healthcare, warehouse, or inventory/supply chain operations Strong physical stamina ability to lift 2030 pounds regularly Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and general system navigation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset Demonstrated reliability and longevity in previous roles Preferred Qualifications: Previous hospital or medical supply chain experience Familiarity with PeopleSoft or similar ERP/inventory systems Read Less
