    Position: Maintenance Technician

    Location: Quail Run Apartments - Columbus, IN

    Scheduled Hours: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm, with an on-call rotation once per month

    Pay Rate: $25-$26/hr (based on experience and qualifications), plus on-call bonuses, commissions and incentives

    About the Role

    This is a skilled, hands-on maintenance position supporting multiple HOA and COA communities across Central Ohio. You will work both independently and as part of a team to maintain common areas, buildings, and exterior structures.

    This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working across multiple trades rather than routine unit turns.


    Key Responsibilities

    Perform general maintenance and service requests across multiple communitiesComplete carpentry, painting, plumbing, and basic electrical repairsRepair gutters, downspouts, doors, gates, wood trim, siding, and exterior featuresWork safely on ladders, roofs, and exterior structuresRespond to on-call emergencies as scheduledInteract professionally with homeowners, Board members, and vendorsPrioritize work orders and manage time independently

    Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5pm + on-call rotation
    Pay Range: up to $26/hr based on experience + commissions & incentives

    Tackle daily repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliances, and moreTurn apartments quickly and beautifully for new residentsKnock out work orders with speed, skill, and great customer serviceMaintain curb appeal and support seasonal grounds careJump into action during on-call rotations to handle urgent needs


    What You Bring

    1+ year of multi-family maintenance experienceStrong turnover and general repair abilitiesHVAC experience a plusSkilled in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and groundsFriendly, service-focused attitude residents will appreciateAble to work independently, stay organized, and move with urgencyComfortable using smartphones and basic techValid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, insurance, and basic hand tools
