Positions include General liability pre-suit attorney General liability litigation attorney Personal injury litigation attorney Personal injury (trucking) attorney Personal injury pre suit attorney Workers comp attorney Pre Suit Attorney: Responsibilities Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval Guide clients through the case process Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents Complete TD approval for liability issues Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages Manage the release approval process Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers Focus on Personal injury cases primarily motor vehicle cases. Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements Requirements Law degree from a fully accredited law school An active member in good standing with the TN State Bar Association 2+ years of personal injury experience Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases Excellent client service and communication skills Strong leadership skills Self-starter driven by long-term career goals Superior writing and oral advocacy skills Desire to become part of a trial team Litigation Attorney: Responsibilities Day-to-day handling of litigation cases Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum Guide clients through the case process Interaction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances Qualification Law degree from a fully accredited law school An active member in good standing with the State Bar of Tennessee Ideally 2+ years of Personal Injury Litigation experience Ability to manage high volume of litigation cases Excellent client service and communication skills Self-starter driven by long-term career goals Superior writing and oral advocacy skills Workers Comp Attorney: Responsibilities Day-to-day handling of cases and hearings Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum Guide clients through the case process Interaction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances Qualification Law degree from a fully accredited law school An active member in good standing with the TN State Bar Association Ability to manage high volume of cases and hearings Excellent client service and communication skills Self-starter driven by long-term career goals Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
