  Every day is different in our busy automotive service center! You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including  addressing customer inquiries, and managing required documentation Responsibilities Manage a team of automotive service professionals to ensure a high level of employee morale and customer satisfaction while maintaining profitabilityEnsure repairs and maintenance tasks are completed in a timely mannerMentor employees on best practices for improving sales and customer service techniquesOversee day-to-day operations of the service departmentManage the flow of service department paperwork, including manuals, invoices, repair orders, and maintenance records QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required bachelor’s degree preferredValid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record are required Two years of experience as an automotive service writer or service advisor is preferredDeep understanding of automotive technology, automotive service technician job duties, and automotive repair services is preferredAbout Us:Tower Auto Sales is a Family run dealership.   Responsibilities:Process vehicle titles and registrations efficiently and accurately.Manage and organize title files and records for easy access.Handle discrepancies and resolve title-related issues promptly.Taking and uploading pictures on website of vehicles.Bill Deliveries in a timely matter.Qualifications:Strong knowledge of DMV/Title processing (in-state and out of state).Proficiency with Dealer Center is a plus.Knowledge about Verifi.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Knowledge of automotive title laws and regulations is a plus.Previous experience in a dealership or automotive environment. Positive attitude and a team player mentality.About Us:Tower Auto Sales is a Family run dealership.
