As a Warehouse Employee, you will play a key role in daily operations, including:
Loading and unloading trailers and containers efficiently and safely.Handling packages, pallets, and freight using warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.).Earning production pay based on trailer loading and unloading performance.Picking, packing, sorting, and staging products for shipment.Reading labels, load sheets, and work instructions accurately.Maintaining accuracy, speed, and attention to detail in all tasks.Supporting inventory organization and general warehouse operations.Following all safety guidelines and OSHA standards at all times.Helping maintain a clean, organized, and productive warehouse environment.Qualifications

Total Warehouse Solutions (TWS LLC) is seeking an experienced and results-driven Inbound Manager to oversee warehouse receiving operations at our Monroe, NJ distribution center.
The Inbound Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of inbound freight operations, including dock management, labor supervision, workflow execution, safety compliance, and operational reporting. This position requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage high-volume warehouse environments while maintaining exceptional service levels, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain management, with proven leadership experience in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Essential Responsibilities
Operations Management
Direct and oversee all inbound warehouse operations, including receiving, unloading, and dock management.Ensure inbound trailers are properly assigned to dock doors and unloaded safely and efficiently.Coordinate daily inbound schedules with operations teams, supervisors, receiving clerks, and customers.Manage dock utilization, yard flow, and inbound traffic to maximize efficiency.Prioritize and execute high-volume and time-sensitive inbound shipments.Team Leadership

About the Role

As a Package Handler, you'll be responsible for:
Loading and unloading packages/products onto/into trailers and containers using hand trucks and heavy equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and more.Reading packaging labels and breakdown sheets.Communicating and comprehending directions effectively.Operating motorized equipment safely after OSHA certification.Maintaining a safe working environment and following company guidelines.Meeting production schedules and completing work efficiently.Qualifications:
Ability to lift 50lbs to 70lbs safely.Previous electric double pallet jack experience preferred.Basic math skills.Strong attention to detail.Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.Must pass background check and drug screening.Physical Requirements:
