• Oversee day-to-day operations across the assigned property portfolio
• Utilize Yardi software for property management and reporting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with co-workers, ownership, tenants, vendors, outside brokers, and leasing agents
• Run point on in-house lease renewal negotiations, structuring terms for review and final sign-off by the Designated Broker
• Support our third-party leasing brokerage on new lease transactions, respond to broker and prospective tenant questions, and help structure lease terms and tenant improvement (TI) scope for ownership review and approval
• Oversee creation and implementation of lease documentation, amendments, assignments, and renewals — in accordance with company standards and Designated Broker approval
• Coordinate and oversee all construction and maintenance on the property, including tenant improvements from start to finish
• Review and approve property-related expenditures up to an established authority threshold; escalate above-threshold spend to the Designated Broker
• Review monthly financial and operational reports prepared by the in-house accounting team
• Assist in creating and implementing the annual property budget
• Ensure all tenants are in compliance with General Liability Insurance requirements as outlined in their lease terms
• Ensure all vacant spaces are maintained and walkthrough-ready at all times
• Conduct quarterly property inspections and submit detailed reports
Required Qualifications • Active Arizona Real Estate License (required — no exceptions)
• Minimum five (5) years of commercial property management experience
• Hands-on experience with Yardi property management software
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
