What you’ll be doing:
Building strong teams by networking, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Managers and Team MembersResponsible for the successful and profitable operations of a restaurantDirecting Management Team, including setting weekly Management schedules and assigning areas of responsibility to the Managers of the restaurantPlanning, preparing, and overseeing weekly, monthly, and yearly inventories and budgetsManaging weekly and monthly P&LVerifying training standards are being maintainedOverseeing the cleanliness of the restaurantConsistently developing Team Members and Managers including training in employment policies and practicesUnderstanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling proceduresActing as primary liaison with all store vendors and HQ contactsAttending weekly and quarterly regional meetings
