Under general direction by Quality Assurance Lead, Assistant Quality Manager or Quality Manager, perform various quality inspection and testing activities. Ensure that the results of inspection and tests performed conform to Topy, Regulatory or Customer Standards.

Responsibilities
Perform necessary tests and inspections as directed by the QA lead or designee.Perform daily inspection activities (refer to tables A-D) per customer requirements, document and report results as necessary. Report deviations to the necessary people so corrections can be madePerform tasks other than scheduled inspection required to maintain the effectiveness of the quality system. These tasks can include: 5S, Un-scheduled testing or inspection needed for investigation to support corrective actions or continual improvement., Possible coverage in other areas of manufacturing (i.e., production, forklift driving, cleaning)Report inspection data via inspection check sheets and other required data reporting. Assist QA engineer(s) for their activities as instructed.Train Inspectors or other associates per Inspector Training Standard as instructed by Quality Lead or management. Performs various tasks to support departmental operations per the Leads direction and approval.Educational and experience requirement
High school education and minimum of four years of work experience with quality assurance or equivalent experience approved by the Manager. This position oversees quality department activities of the assigned areas. The position supervises up to 14 hourly associates.

POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a forklift to move, load, unload, and stack materials.

JOB SUMMARY
Under routine supervision of the Shipping Supervisor, responsible for moving trailers and other equipment around the yard and ensuring they are properly positioned for loading and unloading.
MAJOR FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Perform safety checks on equipment before and after use
2. Move trailers and other equipment around the yard
3. Communicate with other personnel to coordinate movements
4. Maintain a well- organized yard
5. Operate forklift to move materials, as needed
6. Assist with other duties as assigned
Requirements:
1. CDL-Class A or B
2. Proven experience as a forklift operator or similar role
3. Ability to comfortably operate a semi-truck with a trailer
4. Experience operating a forklift
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
6. Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
7. Ability to reach above and below shoulder height.
8. Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
9. Ability to perform all physical motions, i.e., twisting, bending, squatting, kneeling,
crawling, pushing, pulling, and walking on uneven ground.
