The Assistant General Manager & Shift leader is passionate about restaurant operations, guest experience, and team development. The candidate should provide strategic direction for the remaining team and crew members.     Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Leadership: Mentors all positions within their operational area to ensure a high level of engagement and success.
