    Business Development Representative

    Topaz HR Advisory is a dynamic outsourced HR firm serving companies across diverse industries, specializing in a broad spectrum of HR and employee relations projects. We are seeking a motivated and driven Business Development Representative to help expand our client base and support company growth. This role is ideal for someone with approximately one year of professional experience who is eager to build relationships, generate new business, and close deals. We value work ethic, persistence, and a results-oriented mindset above all else.

    Location: West Orange, NJ

    Schedule: Full Time, Monday Friday, 9:30 am - 5:30 pm

    Hourly Rate: $20 - $25 w/generous bonus structure

    Key ResponsibilitiesProactively identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunitiesConduct outbound outreach including cold calls, emails, and strategic follow-upsSchedule and attend client meetings (virtual and in-person)Represent Topaz HR at trade shows, networking events, and industry functionsTravel as needed to meet prospective clients and strengthen relationshipsMaintain consistent follow-up to move prospects through the sales pipelineAccurately track activity, opportunities, and client interactions within CRM systemsCollaborate with leadership to execute company growth strategiesQualificationsApproximately 1 year of professional experience (sales, customer service, or business-related experience preferred)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable with outreach, networking, and confidently asking for the businessWillingness to travel and attend trade shows/events (reliable transportation required)Self-motivated, organized, and goal-orientedWhat We ExpectA strong sense of ownership over your pipeline and resultsConsistent effort in outreach, prospecting, and follow-upProfessionalism when representing the companyA proactive, "go-getter" mindset with a desire to close dealsCommitment to building long-term, meaningful client relationships

    Our client is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to expand our market share in Low Voltage Systems and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with contractors, integrators, and end-users.

    Location: Lakewood, NJ Schedule: This is a Full-Time, Exempt position requiring flexibility to meet client needs. The employees are expected to manage their time and schedule to meet the demands of the role, often exceeding 40 hours per week Salary: $50,000 and above + commission (based on experience) Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO

    Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development: Actively prospect and pursue new business in IT systems and Low Voltage Services via cold calling, email, and networking to build a robust pipeline.Sales Cycle Management: Own the full sales cycle from initial cold outreach to closing contracts and handover to project teams. Deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations to showcase value, tailoring solutions to meet client needs.Technical Consulting: Conduct site walk-throughs, interpret blueprints, and recommend tailored technology solutions.Proposal & Estimation: Prepare detailed, accurate project proposals, cost estimates, and bids ensuring profitability and minimizing waste.Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring high-quality service, system education, and satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, consultants, and direct customers.Product Knowledge: Stay current with evolving IT, security, and low-voltage technologies. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to provide feedback for product improvements.Strategic Planning: Upsell new products, services, and upgrades to existing customers to enhance performance and security.QualificationsExperience: Proven experience as a Sales/Business Development Representative, successful as a Hunter, specifically within IT infrastructure.     Our client is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with strong analytical, time management, and communication skills to join their team. The ideal candidate will predominantly practice in the Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) industry and debt settlement. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to achieve optimal outcomes.

    Location: Tom's River, NJ & Brooklyn, NY
    Employment Type: Full-Time
    Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 USD/Annually

    Key Responsibilities 

    Prepare pleadings, motions, depositions, and briefs with accuracy and attention to detail.Represent the company at hearings, depositions, and trials in person as necessary.Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of the company to ensure favorable outcomes.Oversee defaulted deals, working with third-party collections and legal teams to optimize financial recoveries.

    Qualifications 

    Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar licensure in New Jersey.At least 2 years of practicing experience, preferably in litigation.Strong background in litigation; experience in the MCA industry and debt settlement is preferred.Excellent analytical, time management, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.Willingness to work in-office Monday through Friday.
