We are seeking an experienced CDL-A Driver to handle nightly drop-and-hook operations and deliveries from our Linden, NJ location. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and physically capable of handling material unloading. This role is critical to ensuring our stores and warehouses remain stocked and operational.

Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a CDL-compliant truck to deliver hardwood flooring materials to 4–5 store and warehouse locations each night within NY, NJ, CT, and PA. Perform drop-and-hook operations efficiently, ensuring trailers are exchanged and deliveries are executed on schedule. Unload materials at each location using proper equipment and techniques. Plan and adjust nightly routes based on traffic, weather, or other unforeseen conditions to ensure timely deliveries. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain truck safety and compliance. Complete and submit delivery paperwork, logs, and inspection reports accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with general warehouse tasks as needed.Qualifications
Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record. Previous experience as a CDL driver, ideally in material delivery or logistics operations. Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs. and perform unloading tasks safely. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
