Duties and Responsibilities
Administers care to the consumer by the established care plan.Provides safety and supervision to the consumer.Performs duties listed within the PLAN OF CARE.Communicate with office staff regarding the consumer’s status, maintenance, supplies, personnel issues, concerns, or suggestions.Maintains confidentiality of all consumer information.Maintains residence security according to established procedures, including lights, locking doors, securing the garage, and guidelines regarding visitors.Participates in training programs as required.Perform other duties as assigned.
