Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or Mathematics from TOP 40 UNIVERSITY required
2-6 years' experience in full-stack development with significant ownership of features or products
Python and FastAPI backend development required
PostgreSQL database experience required
React, TypeScript, and Next.js frontend development required
Ability to develop across backend and frontendfrom database schema to seamless user interfaces
System architecture and scalability design experience
Cloud services configuration (e.g., GCP)
REST/GraphQL API creation experience
Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui usage
State management expertise (Redux, Zustand, React Query)
Accessibility and performance optimization (WCAG)
Proficiency in test frameworks: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress/Playwright
High regard for craftsmanship in both technical and product dimensions
Proven independent project leadership
Recognized as technical authority with aptitude for establishing team standards
Excels in ambiguous, changing situations with limited guidance
Strong instincts for product design and quality
Experience as early contributor or founding engineer at fast-growing venture preferred
