Tool & Die Systems (TDS) is continuing to grow its CNC machining capabilities across production, tooling, and assembly work.
This role exists to support a steady flow of new parts and programs - from prototype through production - with a strong focus on ownership, efficiency, and quality.
You'll play a key role in taking parts from print to production in a shop that handles everything from machining to kitting and assembly.
The Work You'll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
Program, set up, and run CNC parts from print to completion (cradle-to-grave) Create fixtures, jaws, and workholding solutions for new parts Prove out new programs and transition jobs into production Populate and maintain tooling sheets for all new jobs Troubleshoot machine issues, crashes, or process problems and get jobs back up and running Identify and implement process improvements to reduce cycle times and improve efficiency Work closely with the team to maintain production flow and part quality

What We're Looking ForRequired:
5+ years of CNC machining experience Strong programming, setup, and troubleshooting ability Experience taking parts from print to production independently Ability to create fixtures and workholding solutions Comfortable optimizing processes and improving cycle times Ability to read blueprints and work to tight tolerances
Preferred (Not Required):
Experience with Fadal, Bridgeport, Neway, or Brother machines Experience with Fusion 360, BobCAD, or Mastercam Experience in a job shop or high-mix environment
