Now in her fifth year as a successful State Farm Agent, Tomica leads a team of four, delivering high-quality service and engaging in meaningful, needs-based conversations with our customers. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and Maintain Customer Relationships:
Build strong client relationships to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business, enhancing satisfaction and retention while identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.Conduct Policy Reviews:
Regularly assess clients' coverage needs by analyzing current policies, identifying gaps, and providing tailored recommendations to ensure alignment with their goals.Resolve Complex Customer Issues:
Address complex issues such as claims disputes and policy changes by coordinating with departments, advocating for clients, and ensuring prompt resolution to maintain trust and satisfaction.Recommend and Sell Insurance Products:
Use in-depth product knowledge to recommend and explain policies to both cold and warm leads, adapting sales approaches based on client familiarity with offerings.
