    Role Responsibilities

    This role is a combination of in-office and in-field activitiesBuild a Clientele: Self generate and develop leads using the latest technology, prospecting and referral generation methodsSchedule Appointments: Daily phone calling with self generated prospects/leads to schedule sales appointments to meet at their office or homesSales Presentations: Prepare for and visit clients at their most convenient location to guide their buying decisionsMeasuring: Through training, learn to measure and fully fit custom garmentsEnsure Client Satisfaction: In cultivating a repeat client, develop a relationship where you are their constant advisor, ensuring a seamless experience.

    We currently have a part-time opening in our Cincinnati, OH office. Our position is for 24hours per week at $19.50 per hour. We offer a generous PTO plan, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan. Regular onsite attendance required.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Order Entry

    Entering Order Tickets, Customer Order Forms, and customer payments daily

    Receiving & Shipping

    Unpacking received shipments daily

    Prepping and steaming (if necessary) garments for delivery; placing on proper Sales Professionals rack

    Processing returns, remakes and alterations

    Prepares all clothing for delivery by sales professional

    Picks up and delivers client items as needed

    Alterations

    Entering all alteration instructions into the proprietary system

    Delivering/picking up garments to/from outside (contract) tailors

    Compiling Alteration Expense Summary for in-house tailors and sending to Accounting

    Telephones/E-Mail/Mail

    Answering incoming phone calls and giving messages to Sales Professional

    Checking store e-mail daily and giving all information to the proper person(s)

    Bank Deposits/Errands

    Makes follow-up calls to factories, customers, and corporate office

    Performing other duties as assigned.

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

    Experience with social media platforms for marketing and research purposes

    Extensive knowledge of computer, Microsoft Office software and Google Docs

    Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines

    Strong organizational skills

    Ability to bend and lift 20 lbs.

    Valid Driver's License (Exception: larger metropolitan areas)

This role assists with fabric preparation, machine operation, and shipping processes, while also performing light maintenance and housekeeping duties to ensure equipment and work areas are clean, safe, and efficient.
