Perform residential HVAC system installations with precision, professionalism, and a focus on safetyRemove old systems and install new ones, following installation checklists and HVAC codes.Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, parts, and installation teamsEnsure timely and accurate completion of all required paperworkTrain and mentor installation helpers assigned to assist on projectsKeep customers informed throughout the installation process, ensuring satisfaction and trustMaintain a clean, professional appearance and safe, organized job sitesManage truck inventory and equipment for maximum efficiencyPromote the Tom Drexler brand and uphold company standardsWhat We’re Looking For
Required:
Residential HVAC installation experienceValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordAbility to pass a criminal background check and drug screeningStrong communication skills and a customer service mindsetAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditionsPreferred:
