    • Drive employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and culture-building activities

    • Act as a coach and trusted advisor to managers on employee relations and people leadership matters

    • Help create a positive, performance-oriented, and people-focused work environment

Support Talent Growth & Organizational Development

    • Support recruiting efforts for operational and corporate positions

    • Help improve onboarding experiences to ensure employees feel connected and successful from day one

    • Assist with performance management processes, leadership development, and employee training initiatives

    • Support organizational change initiatives as the company continues to scale and evolve

    • Contribute ideas and improvements that strengthen the overall employee experience

    • Support continued optimization and automation of HR and payroll systems, including Paylocity

    • Administer employee benefits programs and support annual open enrollment

    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

    • Support onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and HRIS management

    • Partner with Finance and external vendors to maintain accurate payroll and benefits administration

    • Maintain employee records, reporting, and HR operational processes

    BENEFITS

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Base Salary $80,000 – $95,000

    • Annual Bonus Opportunity Up to $15,000

    • Proven ability to build relationships and influence teams across all levels of an organization

    • Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, approachable, and collaborative style
