About This Role Togetherwork is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to serve as the voice of the market-translating customer and market insights into compelling go-to-market strategies for our suite of vertical SaaS solutions. This leader will own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution, ensuring alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing to drive adoption, pipeline growth, and revenue. You will play a critical role in enabling sales teams, shaping product narratives, and ensuring all initiatives are grounded in deep customer and competitive understanding. This is a highly visible role for a leader who can command a room, communicate with clarity and conviction, and act as a credible external spokesperson for our products and markets. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong data orientation and a modern, AI-enabled approach to product marketing. What You'll Do Own go-to-market strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans for product launches, feature releases, and market expansions. Define positioning and messaging: Craft clear, differentiated messaging grounded in ICP insights, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. Enable revenue growth: Partner with Sales to deliver tools, content, and training that drive pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and win rates. Act as the voice of the market: Synthesize market research, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform product and marketing strategy. Lead cross-functional alignment: Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure cohesive and effective execution. Support external presence: Represent Togetherwork in customer meetings, industry events, analyst briefings, and speaking engagements. Leverage data and AI: Use analytics and AI tools to optimize campaigns, scale content creation, and improve team efficiency. Experience managing 3-6month sales cycles with multiple decision-makers. Demonstrated success in generating new business from enterprise or multi-location accounts. In this role, you'll manage the migration process from start to finish, focusing on accurate data transfers, minimizing disruptions, and addressing customer concerns along the way. Job Responsibilities Customer Migration Support Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the migration process, providing clear communication and updates. Maintain a thorough understanding of national and chapter-level requirements for assigned organizations.
