Headquartered in New York, we are a booming healthtech software start-up building an AInative physical care platform, starting with home health, to remove the massive administrative waste that drags down US healthcare. Our AI automates backoffice work, letting us serve patients who currently go untreated while operating with meaningfully higher margins than traditional providers. We’ve brought together top AI talent (from leading tech and quantitative firms) and experienced healthcare operators to deliver care at the speed and scale of an AI company. Due to growth and demand for our product, we are urgently looking for Data Engineers to join the team!
What You'll Do
Design, build, and maintain endtoend ETL/ELT pipelines that move data from source systems all the way through to analyticsready models.Own and evolve our modern data stack—including tools like Airflow, dbt, and Snowflake—with a focus on reliability, observability, and costefficiency.Architect and maintain data platform and infrastructure components (orchestration, environments, CI/CD, monitoring) to keep everything running smoothly in production.Partner closely with data analysts, data scientists, and product teams to design clear, wellmodeled datasets that are easy to use.Who You Are
Proven experience as a Data Engineer owning endtoend data pipelines and platforms, rather than primarily analytics or BI/reporting work.Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python (or a similar language) for building and maintaining production data workflows.Handson experience with Airflow (or similar orchestrators), dbt, and Snowflake (or equivalent cloud data warehouses).A track record of building and operating productiongrade data infrastructure in highgrowth environments (e.g., fastscaling startups or similarly dynamic settings).Clear signals of excellence and high trajectory—such as toptier academic background, impactful work at highgrowth companies, or rapid scope increases over your career.A thoughtful approach to data modeling (e.g., dimensional/Star schemas) and working with semistructured data (JSON, APIs, event streams).Familiarity or interest in healthcare data (claims, clinical data, HL7/FHIR, EHR data) and its nuances.Strong communication and collaboration skills—you’re proactive, kind, and enjoy working closely with crossfunctional partners.What We Offer
