    To the Moon ABA Therapy (TTM) is a BCBA-owned, woman-owned, and woman-led ABA organization committed to ethical practice, high-quality supervision, and supportive teamwork. We are seeking a BCBA who values hands-on, relationship-centered clinical work and wants to be part of a small, collaborative, highly supportive team.

    This is a hybrid position (mix of telehealth and in-person), not a 100% remote role.

    Position OverviewThe BCBA/Clinical Supervisor provides assessment, treatment planning, parent training, and supervision of BTs/RBTs across Ashburn, Sterling, and Leesburg. The ideal candidate is experienced, passionate, and comfortable providing in-person supervision at least once per month, with additional in-person visits as clinically indicated.
    Hybrid BCBAs are welcome, but this is a hands-on role requiring real-time support, collaboration, and family partnership.
