    TNP has an immediate opening in our Allen, TX office for a (Civil Engineer) Senior Project Manager to join and lead an established design team. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the production and management of design for a variety of public/private sector projects with an emphasis on site development but also including municipal public works infrastructure and transportation improvements projects. The Senior Project Manager position provides an excellent opportunity for personal & professional growth as well as the opportunity to have a leadership role in the growth and development of the design team to which they are assigned.

    Responsibilities/Expectations:

    · Managing the technical analysis, design, and production of a variety of site development, public works, and private development improvement projects

    · Organizing and scheduling work to accomplish project goals within established budgets and timelines

    · Organizing and directing the efforts of a project team, including engineers, technicians, and sub-consultants

    · Preparing proposals, reports, opinions of cost, and construction documents

    · Perform project management in accordance with TNP standards and guidelines

    · Coordination with other disciplines

    · Construction administration

    Requirements

    Education/Certification

    B.S. in Civil EngineeringCurrent registration as a Professional Engineer (Civil) in the State of Texas, or the ability to obtain State of Texas P.E. certification within one (1) year
