Your Role & Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently
Assemble and install plumbing fixtures and appliances according to specifications
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine system layouts
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues
Work alongside other tradespeople , including HVAC technicians and electricians, for efficient project completion
Utilize welding and pipe-fitting techniques as needed for installations and repairs
Provide outstanding customer service by clearly communicating with clients about their plumbing needs
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all safety regulations and building codes
What We're Looking For:
Licensed P-2 or Journeyman Plumber (P-1 preferred)
Proven experience in plumbing service calls, remodeling, or construction
Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing systems
Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Experience with Housecall Pro and CompanyCam (preferred but not required)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
