Position Overview:
Construction Workers support job site operations by assisting with electrical, concrete, and general construction tasks while maintaining a safe work environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Load and unload materials and equipmentAssist with electrical work, including pulling and terminating wireSet traffic signals, lighting equipment, pull boxes, and controllersDig trenches, backfill holes, and assist with excavationPour, smooth, and finish concrete foundationsOperate and inspect tools, equipment, and machineryFollow all safety procedures and report hazards or incidentsRequired Skills & Qualifications:
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.18 years or olderValid Drivers LicenseAbility to lift heavy materials and perform physical laborWillingness to travel to in-state job sites (overnight stays provided; home on weekends)Ability to follow directions and work effectively with a teamWorking Conditions:
