This is an 11-month position. EOEThis position would be responsible for supervising all members of the high school counseling services staff, which includes social workers and the behavior program specialist. The Senior Social Worker will oversee case reviews, parent support groups, family support and education, parent conferences, interdisciplinary team meetings, liaison with community agencies, student counseling, behavior management, and appropriate clinical record keeping to assure that school standards for clinical accountability/quality programming are upheld.The Senior Social Worker will provide supervision and training of all related staff and ensure consistent parent communication regarding behavior programs and individual student plans.Salary range for this 11-month position is $85,000 - $100,000, depending on experience, plus a signing bonus.
Requirements for the Senior Social Worker:Must hold a master's degree in social work.Experience with educational settings with special needs populations and interdisciplinary teams.Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
