Responsibilities: * Help supervise operations of an assigned Client site on assigned shift. * Report directly to Site Supervisor/Director and/or Marksman / Titan Management. * Manage a team of security officers, including participating in scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development and support. * Ensure the Client Site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property. * Handle all escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately. * Develop staff in both technical and professional skills through performance management (coaching, recognition, etc.). * Provide the basis of a great work environment by treating staff with respect. * Assist in the  Coordination and/or conduct site-specific "on the job training", client-specific training and annual refresher training for staff by adhering to Titan's training standards. * Reconcile logs, shift responsibilities and patrols; review incident reports prior to submitting to Site Supervisor and/or Director and coordinate preliminary investigations. * Develop/maintain operational procedures and post orders that are always available for emergency reference by staff. * Train and qualify to work assigned post. Understands the specific and general post instructions for that assigned post. Maintain practical knowledge of all additional and emergency post instructions that are called for by the client. * Maintain access control procedures set by building management. * Effectively utilize access control systems, visitor management systems and CCTV systems as needed. * Identify all tenants and/or visitors upon arrival. * Ensure visitors and vendors are properly signed in prior to accessing the building. * Observe departing personnel to guard against theft of tenant or building property. * Monitor security cameras that are within the facility. * Respond to incidents including property emergencies. * Conduct general patrols of the entire property during various hours, if required, including numerous flights of stairs and frequent patrols of the exterior in any weather conditions.  * Ability to stand/sit/walk for extended periods of time. * Assist tenants and visitors with directions and general business information. * Clearly and accurately record data such as property damage, unusual occurrences, and malfunctioning of equipment, to building and Titan management. * Maintain clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property including packages. * Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty. * Other duties as assigned. * These positions require at least 2 years of continuous supervisory experience.*   Qualifications Education and/or Experience:  High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and 3 years prior satisfactory employment as a security officer or directly related experience.  Must be at least 18 years of age. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid Security License if required by state, driver's license as applicable. Language Skills:  Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Bi-lingual considered a plus. The Security Account Manager reports to the Director of Operations and is primarily responsible for supervising the day-to-day security operations of assigned Client sites. Responsibilities of the Security Manager include but are no limited to: * Manage a team of Security Officers, Site and Shift Supervisors including hiring/selection, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development and support. * Ensure the client site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property. * Build, improve and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees. * Coordinate necessary support services to effectively manage client site to meet or exceed financial and operational goals and provide quality customer service. * Handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately. * Conduct annual reviews for on site staff. * Monitors the quality of staff performance including coordinating and conducting exit interviews, assisting with unemployment claims review of disciplinary actions, recommendations for suspension or termination as well as ensuring a regular performance appraisal program for all staff. * Coordinates and documents performance tracking of all staff personnel. * Maintain and ensure the integrity of personnel files and workforce management systems working with Account/Operations Managers and HR department, as necessary. * Support HR department in review of involuntary terminations including, union grievances and appeals. * Supports Director of Operations and HR in hiring, training and on-boarding. * Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities and account trends. * Responsible for tracking company equipment in the field including technology, vehicles, etc. and ensuring company equipment is utilized in accordance with applicable policies. * Stays current on federal, state and local CBA guidelines relative our services. * Supports the organization's culture, processes, practices and systems to ensure that company and its clients. * Prepare correspondence and memos as needed. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications/Benefits: Education and/or Experience: Degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement Management or related field and/or equivalent experience/education preferred. Minimum of seven years of managerial and policy making experience in the law enforcement or contract security field. Titan Security is currently hiring Mobile Patrol Security Officers to work at a location near the Detroit area. Responsibilities of Mobile Patrol Security Officers include, but are not limited to: * Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information * Conduct general patrols on foot and within a vehicle to check for security violations like unsafe conditions or unauthorized persons * Control access for patrons, visitors or vendors as required * Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment * Maintain clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property including packages * Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management * Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications of Mobile Patrol Security Officers: * Must be at least 18 years of age * Must have a Valid Driver's License * High School diploma or general education degree (GED) * Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check * Able to read, write, speak, and understand English * Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 75 lbs, completing foot patrols, sitting, standing, walking, driving for a significant period of time, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather Preferred Qualifications of Mobile Patrol Security Officers: * 1 year experience as a security officer  * Bi-lingual considered a plus * Proficiency with Microsoft Office software Pay and Benefits for Mobile Patrol Security Officers: * Starting at $15.00 / hour, depending on experience, location and position * Paid time off and paid holidays * Medical and Dental insurance * Opportunities for career growth and promotion * Skills-enhancing training EOE/M/F/D/V #HP Read Less
