Overview
Were seeking a reliable, proactive floater to support our daycare team with meal preparation, classroom stocking, cleaning, and staff coverage. This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, keeps things running smoothly, and steps into classrooms when needed. Youll be a key part of our closing crew, ensuring our center ends each day clean, stocked, and ready for tomorrow.

Monday - Friday
10:30am - 6:30pm
Responsibilities
Kitchen & Snack Support
Prepare and serve daily meals and snacks according to center guidelinesMaintain cleanliness and safety in food prep areasWash dishes and sanitize surfaces after mealsClassroom & Facility Support
Stock classrooms with supplies, and other essentialsFollow the closing checklist to clean and reset classroomsTake inventory of supplies weekly and report low stock to adminHandle laundry at the center (bedding, bibs, towels) and ensure items are returned to correct roomsStaff & Child Support
Provide scheduled breaks for classroom teachersStep into classrooms only when needed to maintain ratios or assist with transitionsMUST be willing and able to work with all age groups (Infants - 12 years)Qualifications
Experience in childcare, food service, or cleaning preferredAbility to lift up to 40 lbs and move quickly between tasksStrong time management and attention to detailFlexibility, reliability, and a team-first attitudeMust pass background check and meet licensing requirementsJob Types: Full-time, Part-time
