We are seeking a motivated and personable Corporate Sales Associate to join our TINA Stephens clothing brand at our corporate headquarters. You'll be the voice of our brand for wholesale accounts, retail customers, B2B partners, and other key customers, managing relationships through email, phone, and in-person events. What You'll Do
Respond to customer and account inquiries via email and phone in a timely, professional, and brand-appropriate mannerProactively reach out to new and existing customers/accounts to build relationships, share new collections, and drive salesManage and grow accounts by understanding customer needs, following up on orders, and resolving issues quicklyAttend tradeshows, pop-ups, and showroom events to represent the brand, showcase collections, and generate new businessProcess and track orders and follow-ups, ensuring accuracy and responsiveness to customersCollaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, operations, and logistics) to ensure a smooth customer experienceMaintain CRM records with up-to-date customer information, communication history, and sales activityPrepare sales materials, line sheets, and presentations for customer meetings and eventsMonitor market and customer trends to identify new opportunities and provide feedback to leadershipWhat We're Looking For
1–3+ years of experience in sales, account management, customer service, or a related field (fashion/apparel industry experience a plus)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong phone presence and comfort with outbound calling/emailingHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts/tasks at onceComfortable traveling occasionally for tradeshows and eventsProficiency with email and Microsoft Office/Google WorkspaceA genuine interest in fashion and women's apparelSelf-starter attitude with a collaborative, team-first mindsetWork Location: Hybrid remote in Tampa, FL 33634
