    Role Description

    As an Account Manager for Timothy Sawyer State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community.     ResponsibilitiesEstablish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarificationPromote successful and long-lasting customer relations.QualificationsExperience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferredExperiencing managing client relationships preferredInterest in marketing products and services based on customer needsExcellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listeningDedicated to customer serviceAble to anticipate customer needsAble to effectively relate to a customerBenefitsPaid time off (holidays and personal/sick days)401k with employer matchSalary plus commission/bonusGrowth potential/opportunities for advancement within my agencyGroup Life InsuranceFlexible ScheduleTeledoc services

    Compensation: $30,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
