    Job DescriptionJob DescriptionTooth Tales Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics is seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager to join our leadership team. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and service-driven professional with at minimum three years of experience in managing a pediatric dental and orthodontic practice who is passionate about creating an exceptional patient experience while supporting a high-performing team.

    This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring team members, and understands the unique dynamics of pediatric and orthodontic dentistry.  You will be the Practice Manager of our Tooth Tales Miramar location which has been in operation since 2009.

    Tooth Tales is a growing pediatric dental and orthodontic practice committed to providing outstanding care to children and families in a welcoming, compassionate environment. Our leadership team is focused on growth, teamwork, and creating systems that support both patients and staff.

    Position Overview

    The Assistant Office Manager will work closely with the Office Manager and doctors to ensure the daily operations of the practice run smoothly. This individual will help lead the front office team, support operational efficiency, and help drive practice growth through excellent patient service and strong administrative oversight

    Key Responsibilities:

    Team Leadership

    Support management in supervising and coaching front office staffHelp maintain a positive, collaborative, and accountable team cultureAssist with staff training, scheduling, and performance supportPractice Operations

    Ensure efficient patient flow and smooth daily operationsHelp manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and no-showsAssist in implementing systems that improve productivity and efficiencyPatient Experience

    Maintain a warm, welcoming, and family-focused environmentAddress patient concerns and ensure exceptional serviceSupport communication with parents regarding treatment plans and schedulingFinancial & Administrative Oversight

    Support insurance verification, treatment coordination, and collectionsMonitor production and scheduling to help meet office goalsAssist with reporting, tracking KPIs, and identifying areas for improvementGrowth & Development

    Help support referral relationships and patient retentionContribute to strategies that increase case acceptance and practice growthAssist with marketing efforts to promote office culture and community engagement.Qualifications:

    3+ years of dental office management experience requiredPediatric and orthodontic dental practice experience strongly preferredStrong knowledge of dental scheduling, insurance, and treatment coordinationExperience managing staff and supporting team developmentExcellent communication and leadership skillsHighly organized with strong problem-solving abilityAbility to multitask and thrive in a busy practice environmentJoin us as an Assistant Manager where your enthusiasm fuels our success!
