    The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:


    Drafting, preparing, assignments, motions, affidavits, and various other legal documents.


    Ensuring timely, courteous, and thorough responses to a heavy volume of email correspondence.


    Developing and maintaining congenial relationships with business associates and clients.


    Providing exceptional customer service to clients at every level of interaction.


    Providing support to attorneys in a high volume, time sensitive atmosphere.


    Preparation and filing of status updates prior to scheduled hearing


    Providing regular and timely client status updates, as well as continual follow-up on outstanding documents and or services.


    Review expired Notices of Default and communicate with the client to ensure most updated figures have been received


    Monitor for executed client declarations


    File client declarations with the court


    Researches and analyzes law sources such as statutes, recorded judicial decisions, legal articles, treaties, constitutions, and legal codes.


    Prepares legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, initial and amended articles of incorporation, stock certificates and other securities, buy-sell agreements, closing papers and binders, deeds, and trust instruments for review, approval, and use by VP, general counsel.


    Investigates facts and law of case to determine causes of action and to prepare case accordingly.


    Performs other clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, providing information to callers, taking dictation, composing and typing routine correspondence, and reading and routing incoming mail


    Prepares affidavits of documents and maintains document file

    Requirements:

    Experience with client systems such as LPS, Tempo, Vendorscape and others is preferred.


    Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.


    Must be committed to providing exceptional customer service.


    Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with borrower, clients, attorneys, other internal employees, and outside parties.

    Position Summary

    The Hearings Coordinator – Florida Foreclosure is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and tracking foreclosure related hearings in a fast paced, high volume environment to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with all client, court, state, and federal requirements. This role supports the foreclosure department’s daily operations by managing hearing calendars, preparing and filing hearing related documents, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely file progression. The Hearings Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining service quality, meeting deadlines, and adhering to performance standards.



    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

    Hearing Coordination and Case Management

    • Coordinate and schedule foreclosure hearings throughout the state of Florida in accordance with court procedures, judicial preferences, and client guidelines.

    • Process and manage hearing related tasks accurately while supporting timely case progression in a high volume workflow.

    • Track hearing dates, outcomes, and next steps to ensure files move forward without delay.

    Document Preparation and Filing

    • Prepare, review, and file hearing related pleadings, notices, and proposed orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

    Data Entry and Tracking
