Position Overview The School-based Therapist will be responsible for providing services related to the delivery of mental health care to assigned clients at the designated school location and will provide consultation services to the school staff to support the overall mental health goals of the school. School based therapists promote family engagement and provide family sessions to assist with the overall treatment needs and progress of the student. Specific Responsibilities 1. Intake for and completion of psychosocial histories on all new admissions.2. Obtaining authorization as needed and completion of treatment plans when due.3. Supports clinical issues and makes corrections and recommendations. 4. Provide individual, family and group therapy. 5. Collaboration with outside agencies in order to arrange for community services beneficial to clients. And to provide ongoing collaboration between the treatment team and case workers. 6. Have input into and assist care planning for clients. This includes completion of paperwork prior to discharge, addressing aftercare needs and placement plans. 7. Ensure treatment arrangements 8. Document client and client family's responsibility to individual and/or family therapy in the client's chart on a routine basis. Document all contact with other agencies and for all sessions with clients. 9. Document all arrangements made for care planning in the medical record, including completion of Aftercare Plan. 10. Attend and contribute to treatment planning sessions. Completion of treatment plans for assigned clients for both insurance and COMAR regulations. 11. Responsible for supervisor signing off on chart documentation accordingly.12. Complete initial assessments on or before the fifth visit. 13. Responsible for chart overflow and breakdown. Order and respond to monthly audit forms within 10 days of receipt. 14. Position Overview:The Early Childhood Mental Health Therapist is responsible for providing early childhood mental health consultation support to ECHC Education staff, children, and families. Therapist will provide a broad range of services, including early childhood mental health consultation in classrooms and through home visits; training and coaching staff; screening, assessment, therapeutic interventions; referral services; promotion and marketing of group services; and providing parent trainings. The Early Childhood Mental Health Therapist will also collect data, maintain records, and support compliance in all facets of Head Start Performance Standards and State regulations. Duties & Tasks 1. General Classroom Observations, Consultation & Coaching • Visit each classroom at least once per month. • Provide child development information related to social-‐emotional development and mental health. • Provide guidance to staff on selecting, implementing, and interpreting social-‐ emotional screening and assessment tools and findings • Provide guidance and model developmentally appropriate activities for children and effective ways to work with and support young children. • Provide written and oral observations and strengths-‐based feedback to classrooms at least 2 x times a year. • Provide at least 2 classroom consultations based on observations and develop and implement plans with recommendations as needed. 2. Staff Training • Support, coordinate, and provide staff trainings related to social-‐emotional and mental health issues at least once per quarter. 3. Programmatic Consultation • Participate in weekly TIME Organization ECHC staff team meetings. • Participate in the development and implementation of mental health program and policy.4. Parent Training • Recruit participants for at least one parent training per year. • Coordinate and facilitate parent training. 5. Individualized Child-‐ and Family-‐Centered Observations & Consultation • Conduct observations and assessments of individual children as assigned or referred for consultation. • Meet with families to consult on child and family needs and create or follow-‐up on plans to support these needs. 6. Individual Child Screening, Assessment & Referral • Conduct standardized developmental, behavioral, and/or social-‐emotional screens and assessments for individual children as assigned or referred for consultation. • Provide child and family referral and follow-‐up to community services. 7. Home Visiting • Conduct home visits to support the mental health needs of families and children. • Provide guidance and model developmentally appropriate activities for children and effective ways to work with and support young children. 8. Other • Participate in regular supervision with TIME Clinical Director and clinical supervisor. • Contribute and comply to federal, state, and local reporting requirements. SUPERVISION Early Childhood Mental Health Therapist will report to clinical supervisor s, who will assign and oversee the work of the Early Childhood Mental Health Therapist. Supervision meetings will occur on a weekly basis between the assigned Clinical Supervisor. Performance evaluations will be conducted at 3 and 12 months post-‐hire, and annually thereafter. The Early Childhood Mental Health Therapist also participate in TIME’s weekly team meetings. KNOWLEDGE • Demonstrated understanding of infant and early childhood mental health. • Demonstrated understanding of differences in mental health services and concepts across cultures. • Demonstrated knowledge of child mental health services system. • Demonstrated experience with clinical documentation. • Experience formulating and writing assessments and support plans, preferably for young children. • Experience with evidence-‐based practices and curricula to promote early childhood mental health is desirable, e.g., Incredible Years, Parents as Teachers. Conscious Discipline, etc. SKILLS • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with service providers and families. • Partner with providers as a member of a diverse team. • Lead and facilitate provider training and/or parent education groups. • Conduct standardized screens and assessments, preferably for young children. • Use results of screens and assessments to guide work with families, set goals, and develop individualized plans. • Refer providers and families to appropriate community services. • Communicate effectively with diverse groups both verbally and in writing. • Organize tasks and manage time effectively. EDUCATION & TRAINING • Master’s Degree required, preferably in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field. • Clinical license highly desirable. • Minimum of 2 years direct experience in a mental health setting providing prevention services and/or mental health therapy to children and families. TIME Organization, Inc. is currently seeking a licensed Rehabilitation Specialist to provide supervision to PRP workers and complete assessments and treatment plans for a well established PRP program. The Rehabilitation Specialist position is a full time 40 hour a week position that requires the development of clinical assessments and treatment plans for new clients authorized for services, as well as for the reauthorization for clients that require continuation of services.I. Specific ResponsibilitiesResponsible for assessing and developing treatment plans for newly referred clients within 5 days of receipt of referral.Coordinate treatment team meetings 45 days prior to expiration of services to reauthorize clients that qualify for continuation of services.Participate in treatment team meetingsCollaborate with and supervise Assigned Rehabilitation Coordinators to discuss pertinent clinical information regarding the treatment plan and service delivery.Collaborate with therapists and treatment team membersAll Prospective Rehabilitation Specialists need to be:-Licensed as a social worker or counselor- Comfortable with and EXPERIENCED using computer software.
- Experienced in the mental health or human services field
- Able to manage a flexible but committed schedule

Maintains accurate, current information in each client’s HMIS/Coordinated Access file to
include demographics, case notes, CA updates, eligibility packets, income, insurance, goals,
emergency contacts and discharge summaries
Acts as a residential escort as needed, to ease navigation at state agencies, medical
appointments, substance abuse treatment, etc
Research and facilitate weekly workshops to provide residents with resources and
information vital for sustainable independent living
Assist with providing basic intake training to other team members to ensure timely admission
to new residents in alternative operation hours
Assists with necessary outreach and engagement activities to include clients, community
providers, landlords and intake/housing personnel
Participates in weekly team meetings, scheduled supervision meetings, townhalls and other
required meetings and/or trainingsIdentifies individual client services needs through ongoing outreach, engagement, screening
and assessment activities
Maintains sufficient contact with clients served to ensure engagement with client services;
identifies emerging needs and promotes goal attainment

Licensed and certified to provide therapeutic treatment in the State of Maryland. Minimum (1) one-year experience in a therapeutic environment.Position Overview The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for assessment of clients including the development, evaluation, and modification of the plan of care. The clinician interprets and performs complex patient care procedures specific to their area of expertise. Sets objectives and goals for treatment and develops treatment plans in conjunction with the medical director, Implements and monitors treatment plan. Provides individual or group treatment, such as psychotherapy, supportive therapy or crisis intervention on a long term or short-term basis to various populations and age groups.Specific ResponsibilitiesIntake for and completion of psychosocial histories on all new admissions.Obtaining authorization as needed and completion of treatment plans when due.Supports clinical issues and make corrections and recommendations.Provide individual, family and group therapy.Collaboration with outside agencies in order to arrange for community services beneficial to patients. And to provide ongoing collaboration between the treatment team and case workers.Have input into and assist care planning for patients. This includes completion of paperwork prior to discharge, addressing aftercare needs and placement plans.Ensure treatment arrangementsDocument patient and patient family's responsibility to individual and/or family therapy in the patient's chart on a routine basis.Document all contact with other agencies and for all sessions with patient.Document all arrangements made for care planning in the medical record, including completion of Aftercare Plan.Attend and contribute to treatment planning sessions.Completion of treatment plans for assigned patients for both insurance and COMAR regulations.Responsible for supervisor signing off on chart documentation accordingly.Complete treatment plans before the fifth visit.Responsible for chart overflow and breakdown. Order and respond to monthly audit forms within 10 days of receipt.Conduct evaluation/mental health assessment under the supervision of appropriate credentialed staff and provide follow up services as defined.Essential FunctionsMaintain 30 billable service units per week.
