Timberline is currently seeking candidates to fill multiple Project Consultant positions. We are a fast-growing Twin Cities exterior remodeling company that specializes in roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and many other residential and commercial remodeling projects.

Position Description:
• Meet with homeowners and business owners to educate them on the products
and services we provide.
• Perform detailed inspections of homes and businesses for possible storm
damage, problems with current products, and warranty checks.
• Effectively communicate problems and solutions to potential customers
regarding their property damage.
• Meet with insurance adjusters to discuss findings and agree on a scope of work
to be performed.
• Upload pictures, documents, and other relative info regarding each
homeowner’s project and discuss it with the production department.
• Oversee projects on sight ensuring that materials are correct, install is to code
and workers are using safety guidelines.
• Provide accurate bids when required.
Position Requirements:
• Three years of experience in the industry.
• Highly motivated and people oriented.
• Strong communication skills (written/verbal)
• Excellent time management skills.
• Must be self-driven, competitive, and assertive.
• Perform roof, siding, window, and gutter inspections.
• Be able to climb a ladder. (OK with heights)
• Valid driver’s license reliable vehicle.
• Computer skills: email CRM.
• Present a professional appearance both in and out of the office. (Tattoos are
OK)
• Military experience/Veterans are highly encouraged to apply!
• Sales/management experience preferred but not required.
• Be goal oriented.
• Be a team player.
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset.

$75-$250k+, there is no cap on commissions!)
