    Tier 4 Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior TIBCO BWCE Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining TIBCO-based solutions to support our business processes. The role requires a deep understanding of TIBCO products, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Must be a U.S. citizen due to the nature of the client's work.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Design, develop, and implement TIBCO-based integration solutions.
    • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate
    them into technical specifications.
    • Develop and maintain complex TIBCO workflows and business processes.
    • Optimize and troubleshoot existing TIBCO applications to ensure performance and reliability.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
    • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
    • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing,

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information
    Technology, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in TIBCO development.
    • Proficiency in TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO Hawk, and other TIBCO suite products.
    • Experience working in various Cloud platforms, Azure, AWS and GCP, and skilled in DevOps and CICD
    • Strong understanding of SOA, EAI, and ESB concepts.
    • Experience with XML, XSD, WSDL, and SOAP/REST web services.
    • Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and Oracle.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
