Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30AM – 5:00 PM

We are hiring a Counter Sales Representative with experience in roofing, flooring, or construction materials.
This is a hands-on role working directly with contractors, walk-in customers, and daily material orders. Ideal for someone who has worked in a supply house, distributor, or building materials environment and understands fast-paced counter sales.
What You’ll Do
Assist walk-in contractors with material orders and product selectionSell roofing, waterproofing, flooring, and related construction materialsCreate invoices, quotes, and process orders using QuickBooksHandle incoming calls and order requestsMaintain awareness of inventory and product availabilityCoordinate with warehouse for pickups and deliveriesBuild relationships with repeat contractor clients
What We’re Looking For
Experience in roofing, flooring, or construction materials salesPrevious counter sales or supply house experience strongly preferredExperience using QuickBooks (required)Comfortable handling invoices, orders, and inventoryBilingual English / Spanish requiredStrong customer service and communication skills

Order Picker, Truck loading and off-loading experience with labeling shipments, utilizing the RF scanner and inventory and cycle counts
