Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Oklahoma area. This is a field-based sales role focused on generating new business, identifying roofing and restoration opportunities, conducting property inspections, and guiding customers through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new business opportunities within assigned territoriesConduct exterior property and roof inspections to identify potential repair or replacement needsEducate homeowners and property owners on roofing and restoration solutionsBuild and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales processPrepare and present estimates, proposals, and project recommendationsCoordinate with operations and project teams to ensure successful project executionFollow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipelineRepresent Tier 1 Contracting professionally within the communityQualifications
Previous outside sales, construction sales, roofing sales, or customer-facing experience preferredStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive driveAbility to work independently and manage a flexible scheduleComfortable working outdoors and conducting property inspectionsValid driver's licenseExperience in roofing, restoration, insurance claims, or construction is a plusCompensation & Benefits
