We are seeking an energetic and experienced Dry Cleaning and Laundry Production Manager to oversee day to day operations. *Bilingual in Spanish/English is a major PLUS!*
This role will be a member of our management team and must be able to confidently lead a dedicated crew of production employees (many of which are Spanish speaking or English as a second language). He or she will be responsible for all production related activities for wet cleaning, dry cleaning and laundry operations. We will provide you Tide Cleaners specific training with the newest cleaning technology and production equipment in the industry.
As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for: daily lot management, production flow, scheduling, productivity, inventory, quality control, output management and regular scheduled maintenance. This is a full time position and requires availability Monday - Friday (6a-2p) & alternating Saturdays.
*Candidate must have 5+ years of dry cleaning and laundry operations experience with proven track record of leadership, coaching and managing dry cleaning pressers, cleaners, laundry attendants and production drivers. - Ensure quality and production standards are met through coaching, training

We are looking for a DETAIL ORIENTED individuals with ENERGETIC personalities that will provide excellent service to our delivery customers.
As part of this role, you will be required to use our proprietary delivery & driver app that details the step by step route order, pickup and drop off instructions. You will need to follow the predetermined route path and stay on pace with the time parameters of the delivery route.
Position would be based out of our Edina store, but would travel to our stores throughout the West metro - Maple Grove, Plymouth, Wayzata, Excelsior, Minnetonka, Chanhassen & Eden Prairie. Residential Route work would support our existing Chanhassen/Minnetonka and possibly our SW Minneapolis route.
Ability to communicate effectively between operations and retail stores is essential to being successful in this role.
