What You’ll Do
Supervise all aspects of on-site operations across multiple commercial projectsCoordinate subcontractors, schedules, and materials to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budgetEnforce safety standards and ensure compliance with state and local building codesServe as the primary on-site representative, maintaining clear communication with project managers, clients, and tradesReview plans, RFIs, and field conditions to make proactive, informed decisionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, inspectors, and subcontractors
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 5+ years as a Commercial Superintendent (tenant improvements, renovations, or build-outs preferred)Mobility: Based in California, with willingness to travel throughout the region (valid driver’s license and vehicle required)Technical Skills: Proficient in reading construction documents and schedules; experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, Dropbox, and Gantt chartsLeadership: Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities with strong communication and problem-solving skillsProfessionalism: Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to represent TI Builders with integrity and confidence
