    Overview

    We are looking for a Bilingual Spanish Therapist to conduct INTAKES (LMSW, LMHC, LMFT) - Limited Permits acceptable too!

    Pay: $50.00–$55.00 per hour

    Location: Brooklyn, NY 11230

    Schedule: Part-Time and Full-Time

    Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM

    Work Arrangement: In-Office Only (No remote/hybrid options)

    We are looking for a passionate, bilingual clinician to join our team as a dedicated Intake Therapist, helping to bridge the gap in mental health access for the Hispanic and Latino community. We are committed to fostering a supportive, inclusive environment where clinicians can thrive, sharpen their clinical assessment skills, and receive clinical supervision.


    Key Details:

    - Conduct initial clinical intake assessments in both Spanish and English.

    - Evaluate client needs, presenting symptoms, and history.

    - Maintain accurate, timely intake documentation.

    - Collaborate with our administrative and clinical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.

    - Actively engage in our ongoing professional development

    - Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal abilities.

    - Familiarity with culturally responsive, community-based mental health practices.


    Qualifications Required


    Bilingual Fluency: Fluent in both Spanish and English (required to conduct initial clinical intakes).

    Licensure: LMSW, LMHC, or LMFT. Limited permit acceptable.
    Education: Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

    Availability: Ability to work Part-Time or Full-time, Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM (days are flexible for P/T) in-office at our Brooklyn location.

    Competitive Pay: $50.00–$55.00 per hour.

    Stable Schedule: Consistent hours

    Focused Role: Clear, defined scope centered on assessments and onboarding without the management of an ongoing therapy caseload.
