  New England Pro Greens & Turf is one of New England’s premier sports turf and golf course renovation contractors. We specialize in athletic field construction and renovation, golf course improvements, natural turf installation, and premium artificial turf systems including putting greens, chipping greens, and residential installations.
  We’re growing and looking for an experienced Equipment Operator who takes pride in quality work, enjoys working outdoors, and wants to be part of a professional team that builds exceptional projects throughout New England.

  What You’ll Do

  Operate heavy equipment including skid steers, compact loaders, tractors, and other construction equipment.Safely drive company trucks and trailers to project sites throughout New England.Assist with athletic field, golf course, sod, grading, drainage, and artificial turf installation projects.Load, unload, transport, and maintain equipment.Work alongside a skilled crew to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail.Travel to project sites as needed. Every week brings something different.

  What We’re Looking For
  We’re looking for someone with real equipment experience—not someone looking for their first opportunity to learn construction.
  Ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following:

  Heavy equipment operationConstruction or site workAthletic field or sports turf maintenanceGolf course maintenance or renovationLandscaping or excavationUtility or earthwork construction

  Qualifications

  Experience operating heavy equipment such as skid steers, loaders, tractors, or similar machinery.Experience driving trucks with equipment trailers.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Current DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain one).Comfortable working outdoors in a physically active environment.Willingness to travel throughout New England for projects.Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude.
