  Pay Range: Base of $18/hour plus uncapped commission on leads and booked appointments!

  Job Description: Your Impact

  As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be the face of Thrasher and Hello Garage at home shows, fairs, and local events. You'll engage with homeowners, share our story, and generate leads by creating real, human connection. This is a flexible, high-energy opportunity for someone who loves people, loves purpose, and wants to represent something worth believing in.

  Job Duties: How You Win Everyday

  Represent our brand with warmth, confidence, and enthusiasm Connect with event attendees, ask great questions, and spark conversations Educate potential customers on services we provide Use an iPad to generate qualified leads for our sales team Set up and tear down event displays

  Qualifications: What You Offer

  All experience levels accepted A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Energetic, dependable, and not afraid to strike up a conversation Must be at least 18 Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, a felony/misdemeanor background check

Compensation Package: Competitive base wage + Tiered monthly bonus based on teams' performance + Commission for individual appointments ran In the role of District Sales Manager you will lead a team of Sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive consistent revenue growth. You will coach, motivate, and develop your team to exceed sales targets while embodying Thrasher's purpose and values. Your leadership will directly impact the success of the business and the lives of the people you serve. Lead and manage a team of Service Technicians, providing hands-on coaching, training, and support. Monitor performance metrics and hold your team accountable to sales goals, KPIs, and customer satisfaction standards. Participate in sales appointments as needed to model best practices and close skill gaps. Minimum of 3-5 years of sales management experience. Proven sales experience with a track record of driving revenue and customer satisfaction.
