    Job Requirements and Duties:


    At least 10 years experience in the Construction Industry.
    Current ACI Concrete Technician Grade I certification, plus a selection of other certifications (listed below).
    Ability to perform concrete and other general and specialized services for the quality control of construction materials utilizing test specifications of ASTM, ANSI, federal, and other national standards setting organizations.
    Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or associated discipline; experience teaching courses.
    Ability to train and supervise lab technicians.
    Assist lab director in various assigned duties.
    Perform calibrations on small equipment for clients.
    Maintain lab supplies inventory and maintain equipment calibration schedule.
    Solid knowledge of the principles and terminology in the Construction Inspection Industry.
    OSHA-10 certification.
