The Role:

The Position:
This role will be crucial in coordinating medical treatment for our clients who have suffered personal injuries, ensuring they receive timely and appropriate medical care throughout their cases.

Qualifications:4+ years performing administrative work at a law firm, medical office, or insurance environment.Environment.Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with various parties.Proficient administrative skills and ability to use legal case management software and Microsoft Office products (Teams, Outlook, Excel, etc.)Willingness to learn and understand medical terminology, procedures, and billing practices.Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Ethical and professional conduct with a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):3+ years of experience in a law firm with personal injury experience or an injury-related field (e.g., emergency medical technician (EMT), nurse practitioner, insurance adjuster).Bilingual in English and Spanish.
