Position Overview
The Dispatcher is the communication hub of our Service Department. In this role, you'll coordinate service technicians, communicate with customers, manage work orders, and help keep our service operations running efficiently.
Working closely with customers, technicians, and Service Managers, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional customer service while helping maximize technician productivity and ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently.
What You'll Do
Receive customer service requests and prioritize service calls. Schedule and dispatch technicians based on customer needs, technician availability, and service priorities. Maintain communication with technicians throughout the day to ensure efficient scheduling and timely customer response. Communicate professionally with customers regarding service appointments, technician arrival times, and job status. Open, update, and process work orders while maintaining accurate service documentation. Support Preventive Maintenance scheduling and follow up activities. Work closely with the Service Manager and other departments to maximize technician productivity and customer satisfaction.
