  We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide comprehensive care for patients undergoing dialysis. This role involves rounding across multiple dialysis units, ensuring high-quality, consistent patient management, and maintaining accurate documentation within the EMR system.

  Job Summary:
  We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in various settings, including a Level II Trauma Center, nursing homes, and through telehealth services.
  
  Duties:
  Conduct patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.Perform IV infusions and other medical procedures with precision.Utilize telehealth platforms to provide remote patient care.Demonstrate proficiency in aseptic techniques during medical procedures.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for utilization management.Work with individuals with developmental disabilities and adhere to workers' compensation laws.
  Required Qualifications:
