    Think Tell Junction We are seeking a dynamic and driven Public Relations Associate to join our growing communications team. This role is integral in shaping and promoting our brand image through effective communication strategies and media outreach efforts. As a Public Relations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and execution of PR campaigns that enhance our visibility and reputation. 

    Responsibilities:

    Assist in the development and implementation of PR strategies and campaigns.Draft press releases, media kits, and other communication materials that align with the brand's messaging.Monitor media coverage and compile reports on the effectiveness of PR initiatives.Coordinate logistics for press events, including press conferences and promotional events.Establish and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry stakeholders.Support crisis communication efforts by preparing responses and managing inquiries.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in public relations or communications.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication strategies.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience with media monitoring tools and PR software is a plus.

    Think Tell Junction We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that support the efficient operation of the office. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, your professional demeanor and excellent communication skills will be vital in creating a welcoming environment. You will handle incoming calls, manage correspondence, and assist with scheduling appointments.  

    Responsibilities:

    Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails and phone calls.Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings for staff.Maintain organized filing systems both physically and electronically.Process invoices and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.Ensure all office supplies are stocked and place orders for necessary items.Provide support to various departments by completing administrative tasks as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment such as printers and copiers.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interpersonal interactions.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
